Patterns typically specify the yarn weight (e.g., DK, Worsted, Chunky). If you’re unsure, check
the yarn label or compare with the pattern’s gauge swatchto ensure your yarn matches.
Send us your order number and detailsof where you’re stuck. We’ll walk you through step by
step. You can also attach a picture of your work for easier troubleshooting.
Not all patterns come with videos. We provide step-by-step written instructions, but if a video is
available, it will be mentioned in the listing.
You’ll need a PDF reader (like Adobe Acrobat, free to download). If issues continue, try opening
it on a different device.
Some patterns are written only, while others include charts or diagrams. Please check the
product listing carefully to see what’s included before purchase.
Generally, digital patterns are non-refundable. However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase:
- If you have trouble accessing or understanding the pattern, please reach out—we’ll do our best to assist.
- If the file you received is not what you expected, simply reply to your download email within 30 days and we’ll issue a full refund.
